Many are seeking to move beyond passive support and become active anti-racist allies. This highly collaborative workshop provides a space to explore your role in systemic racism and begin the crucial work of unlearning ingrained behaviors. Engage in meaningful dialogue and gain practical strategies to understand your privilege and leverage it to effectively support and uplift Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.

During this session, we’ll discuss:

  1. Owning your role in the system of racism
  2. Understanding where your privilege lies and how you can leverage to support others
  3. Strategies to support people of color collectively

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A NEXT PIVOT POINT WORKSHOP

Next Pivot Point workshops can be delivered virtually or in person and are led by subject matter experts and talented facilitators. You can expect:

  • 60-90 minutes of engaging and thought provoking content
  • Live polling and activities
  • Live moderation & resource sharing
  • Action items and ideas to practice for all participants
