Building a truly inclusive environment requires accountability – a commitment to not accepting the status quo or inappropriate behaviors. This highly interactive workshop explores the delicate balance between holding individuals accountable and offering grace for mistakes as we all unlearn and relearn behaviors. Learn how to cultivate active allyship, model progress over perfection, and discover practical techniques to foster a culture of responsible action and growth.
In this highly interactive workshop, we’ll discuss:
