In this workshop, we’ll discuss:
- Moving Beyond “Cancel Culture” – Learn how to address mistakes and missteps constructively, fostering growth and learning rather than immediate dismissal.
- Becoming an Active Bystander (Ally) –Develop the awareness and skills to identify non-inclusive behaviors and effectively “call people in” to promote positive change.
- Cultivating Authentic Curiosity –Â Explore the power of genuine curiosity over judgment in building understanding and stronger relationships across differences.
Together, we will collaborate to learn how best to foster inclusion as a team given our own individual biases and differences.

Next Pivot Point workshops can be delivered virtually or in person and are led by subject matter experts and talented facilitators. You can expect:
- 60-90 minutes of engaging and thought provoking content
- Live polling and activities
- Live moderation & resource sharing
- Action items and ideas to practice for all participants
