The 2026 Cohort: February to October
The 2026 Changemakers cohort is a nine-month journey of growth, connection, and collaboration. Beginning in February and continuing through October, you’ll meet regularly with your cohort to dive deep into the real-world issues of implementing DEI and cultural change. You’ll have dedicated sessions to discuss your projects, ask for feedback, and celebrate your wins.
