True allyship is demonstrated through consistent actions that create space for individuals different from you and signal that they belong and are valued. This workshop empowers leaders to move beyond good intentions and cultivate environments where everyone, regardless of race, gender identity, LGBTQ+ status, disability, or other dimensions of diversity, feels seen and heard. Learn practical strategies to navigate the complexities of inclusion and foster a workplace where all individuals can thrive.
In this workshop, leaders will learn how to:
- Embrace the tension of paradox through appreciating ambiguity with diversity and inclusion
- Separate intentions vs. impacts to coach others on how to be inclusive
- Call people into the diversity conversation and promote healthy accountability as allies
Together, we will learn how to lead like allies and create space for all humans to feel they belong in the workplace.
