This workshop provides essential insights into why change is challenging for the brain and equips you with practical strategies to navigate uncertainty with greater confidence. Learn how to lead proactively, influence effectively during times of transition, and understand the predictable human phases of change to foster smoother and more successful adaptations.
During this workshop, we’ll cover:
- The Neuroscience of Change: Understanding why change is difficult for the brain and practical ways to make it easier for yourself and others.
- Leading with Influence During Transition: Learning proactive leadership strategies to effectively guide and influence your team through periods of change and uncertainty.
- Navigating the Human Journey of Change: Exploring the four common phases individuals experience during change and how to effectively manage each stage.
