In this workshop with your team, we’ll:
- Assess Your Team’s Decision-Making Style: Begin with a collaborative problem-solving and decision-making assessment, followed by a team debrief to understand your current dynamics.
- Master a 5-Step Inclusive Problem-Solving Approach: Learn a structured and practical framework for tackling challenges as a cohesive and inclusive team.
- Apply the Framework to Real Challenges: Work together to apply the 5-step approach to a real-life scenario or an existing workplace operational problem, generating tangible solutions.
