We will walk through these tactics together in our interactive, hands on workshop:
- Give Candid Feedback – give constructive feedback to all employees equally
- Challenge with Care – Provide Opportunities to grow high potential talent
- Coach – Coaches facilitate ideas rather than give advice
Leaders will walk away with tools to engage with all of their team equally, and employees will be better equipped to engage with their teams and managers.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN A NEXT PIVOT POINT WORKSHOP
Next Pivot Point workshops can be delivered virtually or in person and are led by subject matter experts and talented facilitators. You can expect:
- 60-90 minutes of engaging and thought provoking content
- Live polling and activities
- Live moderation & resource sharing
- Action items and ideas to practice for all participants
